This piece has a natural back, to preserve some of the wonderful texture that Moldavite possesses, as well as maintain a deeper saturation, thus bringing out the detail of the carving. It was designed with jewelers in mind, but would also make a wonderful statuette.   We source all of our Moldavite directly from the Czech Republic.
